The A3 Pro Pull Buoy facilitates isolation of the upper and lower body. Swimmers place the buoy between their thighs to provide support to the body and eliminate kicking. This allows the swimmer to focus on training only their arms, practicing body rotation, and developing both endurance and upper body strength.
